Daisy is an 18-month-old purebred, ridgeless Ridgeback. She was found as a stray in Kansas and fortunate to have a good samaritan contact us. Despite her past, she is a sweet, cheerful, and delightful little girl. Eager to please, she is house broken and has learned basic commands. Daisy loves going to the huge dog park at Chatfield where she can run and run--her very favorite form of exercise. No matter how far she roams, it takes just a whistle and she's back with the pack. She loves everyone, canine and human and would make a perfect addition to your family!

The Durango shelter has requested that we post Peanut on our website and we are happy to do so. She is a seven-year-old, 65-pound RR/greyhound mix with a loving disposition and plenty of energy for long walks and playtime with her new guardian. Typical of many ridgebacks, her love of humans far exceeds that of interaction with other dogs, so a home where she is the solo pet and center of attention is necessary. A big bundle of energy and playfulness, Roscoe is about 18 months old and wants to be a Best Friend to absolutely everyone. He is house trained and minds his manners in the house. He's never had a chance to attend a puppy obedience class, however, and would love to show you how quickly he learns. A family with children five and older would be absolutely perfect for this big guy.

Viva came to us fro Louisiana, one of a litter of 11! She is a stunning 9-month-old, and with her beautiful markings and Ridgeback traits and conformation, we thing she may be a Ridgeback/Boxer. In her brief time with us, she is house trained, crate trained, and can sit and come when called--a good beginning. She loves the dog park, going for rides, and hanging out with her foster family.
